Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused, to allow for resale as new.
After your return request, you will receive a prepaid return label by email (check your spam folder) within 24 hours, which you can print.
Vortex is committed to processing the refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned package. The refund is issued automatically via the original payment method.
If a discount code was used, the refunded amount will reflect the percentage applied at the time of purchase.
